Privacy Policy
Office Tower Defense, last updated 1 October 2026
Office Tower Defense has no account, no sign-up and no analytics, and the developer collects nothing about you. The game shows one advertisement, and only when you ask for it: an optional video that doubles the coffee you earned at the end of a day.
What stays on your device
Your progress (coffee earned, upgrades bought, best wave reached, which formats you have survived, and your wave-mode preference) is written to your device's own storage. It never leaves the device, it is not sent anywhere, and the developer has no way to read it. Deleting the app deletes it.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, the game submits your scores to Apple's leaderboards and reports achievement progress. What is sent is the score itself and the achievement identifiers, nothing more. Apple handles that data under Apple's privacy policy, and you can turn Game Center off in iOS Settings at any time. Declining it does not restrict any part of the game.
The optional video
At the end of a day you may tap a button to watch a short video and double the coffee you just earned. Nothing else in the game shows advertising, and skipping the video costs you nothing beyond that doubling.
Those videos are served by Google AdMob, which may read your device's advertising identifier to choose and measure them. That identifier belongs to your device, you can reset or limit it in your system settings, and the developer never receives it. Google handles that data under Google's privacy policy.
On iOS, the system asks once whether the game may track you across other companies' apps. In Europe, a consent form asks what Google may use. Both answers can be changed at any time: in iOS Settings, and through the Ads button on the game's main screen. Declining restricts nothing in the game, and the video still doubles your coffee.
Updates
The game checks for content updates when it starts. That request carries the app version and the device platform so the right update can be selected, and nothing that identifies you. It is served by Expo, whose privacy policy covers it.
What the game never does
- No advertising outside the video you choose to watch: no banners, and nothing that opens by itself.
- No analytics, crash reporting or usage tracking.
- No access to contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
- No account, and no personal data collected by the developer.
Children
The game is listed for players aged 13 and over, because it shows advertising. It collects nothing from anyone, children included.
Changes
If a future version ever collects anything, this page will say so before that version ships, and the date at the top will change.
