Office Tower Defense

Defend the open plan.

Meetings that overrun, reply-all threads, a colleague on speakerphone and a manager doing the rounds. They all walk the corridors of your floor, and you stop them with the only weapons an office has: noise-cancelling headphones, a potted plant, the coffee machine, and an "In a meeting" sign.

Frequently asked

How do I place a defence?

Pick one from the bar at the bottom, then tap a free tile. Corridors cannot be built on. Tap a defence you have already placed to see its range, upgrade it, or sell it back.

What are focus and morale?

Focus is what you spend on defences, earned by dealing with nuisances and topped up between waves. Morale is what you lose when someone crosses the floor. At zero morale the day is over.

Why do neighbouring defences matter?

A coffee machine holds people in front of it, so whatever sits beside it hits a target that has stopped moving and hits harder. A plant takes the edge off the noise, so its neighbours cut through patience that would otherwise absorb their effort. Placement is a puzzle, not a queue.

What do the cards between waves do?

Every few waves you pick one of three. They last the rest of the day, and they are what makes two runs on the same floor go differently.

What is coffee for?

Coffee is earned at the end of a day and kept between runs. Spend it on upgrades that change how the next day starts: more morale, a bigger opening budget, or a better return on the day itself.

Do I have to start each wave myself?

Only if you want to. The Auto button in the top bar sends the next wave as soon as the previous one is dealt with, with no countdown to sit through. Manual gives you as long as you like to build.
